Novel Theory is led by Founder and Principal Noelle Kichura, whose work operates between design, culture, and strategy.
Her background spans luxury branding, design history, and editorial practice, allowing her to move fluidly between creative vision and the structures that support it.
Noelle has worked with leading cultural institutions including MoMA, the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum, and the Museum of Arts and Design, as well as within the fashion and editorial worlds with collaborators such as Chloé and AnOther Magazine.
Prior to founding Novel Theory, Noelle spent five years directing brand, communications, and growth strategy at the award-winning architecture and design firm KOVAC, where she worked closely with leadership to shape the firm’s positioning, visibility, and expansion.
Novel Theory was founded to bring this perspective into a focused, studio-facing practice that helps design professionals determine what's worth building next.
